August 19th Learn to Scramble League Forest Hills

This is the registration form for the Learn to Scramble League that will be hosted on August 19th at Forest Hills Golf Course.
Please sign up for your desired tee time at bottom of form. If you wish to register and pay for friends, make sure you register the number of friends you want to pay for and then select that number of tee times at bottom of form. There is only 4 people allowed per tee time so make sure when you choose your tee time that there are enough spots for the number of people you are paying for.
Choose Tee Time for all the people you are registering for at bottom of form. If registering 2 people make sure you have a qunitity of 2 when choosing the tee time.
If you wish to attend multiple weeks, you must register for each week seperately.
